7 billion views a day world wide. 30 million people in the UK go there every month. And it’s a site owned by Google.
If you are not using YouTube to promote your business, you are missing out.
YouTube is powerful for TWO reasons: First, it is a resource which is used by people to search for answers. Yes, you can see many videos of cute cats and fireworks where they shouldn’t be however it is also a resource to find stuff. In fact so many people search on it, that it is often described as the second biggest search engine.
However, this is not the main reason why you should consider YouTube. The real reason why YouTube is so important is because of “who” owns it. Google. This means that if you do your research properly and ‘announce’ your video in the right way, you can dominate a search term and be on the first page of Google within hours. So, what would getting to the top of Google within hours do for your business?
In thirty minutes I will cover why video is so powerful, how you can grab your viewer’s attention and make sure your video’s are found by the search engines.
