Mentor Event Energises Attendees

Last Thursday evening at the Slug and Lettuce in Winchester, fifteen entrepreneurs and business managers met individually with business mentors with expertise in marketing, profit improvement, e-commerce, taxes, and life and career coaching. Participants chose their mentors when they registered for the free event and provided preliminary information ahead of time to prepare the mentor.

As the attendees arrived, they were offered a free drink and nibbles as they waited for their half hour appointment. Many chose to meet with more than one mentor or stick around for casual networking. There was an excited buzz in the room as people finished their sessions, using comments like “Excellent experience!”, “I enjoyed the evening a great deal – Very well run!”, “I was stuck for ideas and my mentor gave me loads of great tips! I can’t wait to put them into action!”
